YOU'VE kept it together.
NOW give your body somewhere to land.
Four days of serious yoga, good food, and the rare experience of doing it alongside other men, at a 45-acre hilltop sanctuary on California's Central Coast. The brotherhood and the breathwork are built in.
You just have to show up.
The Practice
Daily yoga is the heartbeat of this retreat.
Morning practice to set the tone. Evening sessions to land and integrate. Danni teaches strong, accessible vinyasa built for men's bodies, physically demanding without being performative, and sequenced to move what's actually stuck.
What makes this different from any yoga retreat you've done is the container around it. Morning check-ins that go past the surface. Sequences designed to shake loose what you've been carrying.
Breathwork and evening brotherhood circles held by Ted Riter, the kind of honest conversation men rarely get access to.
The yoga is the main event. Everything else is what makes it stick.
Picture Your Day
You wake up without an alarm. Coffee.
The Santa Lucia Mountains outside your window. You make your way to the yoga room and Ted guides you through breathwork that settles something you didn't realize was unsettled.
Then Danni takes over, a vinyasa sequence built for men who've been carrying too much for too long. By the time you eat breakfast, you've already done more for yourself than you would in a normal week.
Afternoons are yours. Hike the trails, float in the saltwater pool, find a chair and don't move for two hours. No one needs anything from you. At dinner, you're sharing a meal with a handful of other men who are starting to feel like people you actually know.
Ted holds the evening circle, not weird, not heavy, just honest. The kind of conversation you didn't know you'd been missing until you're in it.
You'll go to bed tired in the best way. You'll sleep like you used to.
The Space
Sagrada Wellness sits on a majestic hilltop in Santa Margarita, surrounded by preserved ranchland where the mountains meet the sky. National Geographic called it “an outstanding retreat destination.” You’ll call it the first place your nervous system has exhaled in years.
A saltwater pool overlooking the Santa Lucia Mountains. A hot tub under endless stars. Walking trails through manzanita and mountain sage. A landscaped courtyard for meals at sunset.
No wifi. No distractions. Just you, the land, and your practice.
The Food
Every meal is scratch-made from organic, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers markets. Plant-forward, deeply nourishing, and honestly some of the best food you'll eat all year. Fresh herbal teas blended on-site. No seed oils. No microwaves. Just real food that actually feeds you.
You don't have to think about any of it. Just show up hungry.
This retreat is for men who:
Practice yoga and want to go
deeper than just the poses
Want four days of real movement,
real food, and real rest
Are tired of retreats that are either
too "woo" or not deep enough
Want to be around other men who
take their practice seriously
Are ready to show up fully,
on the mat and off it
About the Practice Level
This retreat is open to all levels.
Whether you've been practicing for years or you're still figuring out your down dog, you're welcome here.
Danni teaches to the room: sequences are designed to be physically engaging without being exclusionary, and everything can be modified.
The only thing required is a willingness to show up and move. If you have an injury or limitation, let us know when you register and we'll work with you.
Testimonial
"There aren't many people who I let guide me in life or who I feel particularly comfortable leaning into trust with… Ted brings so much depth, wisdom, curiosity, and experience, and combines so many different modalities to be able to support someone like me. In the work that we did together, I have transformationally shifted my relationship with myself. It impacts the whole way I see the world."

"Retreating with Danni was really everything you could ask for and more. His classes are always a treat and to have several days with him and a great group of people was so wonderful. The property and scenery were beautiful. The food was excellent, very fresh, and healthy."
